Mr. Tadesse, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with specialized skills in Department of Energy (DOE.2) energy simulation modeling for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), has over 18-years of energy and utilities management experience. He is a strong advocate for energy-efficient design and his focus has been meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations for lowering energy usage and costs.

 

Mr. Tadesse, founded Yonergy LLC. to bring affordable and attainable energy efficiency and sustainability designs to clients in all markets and has played an instrumental role in expanding the firm’s offerings. He has broad technical and global leadership experience, having managed hundreds of building designs, facility condition assessments, feasibility studies, LEED design and administration, and life cycle cost analyses for countless projects, new construction, renovation, and historic restoration projects across the world. His market experience ranges from K-12 schools, higher education, and healthcare to commercial buildings, hotels, malls, mixed-use properties, government facilities, and more.

He led a team internationally such as, in the US and Pacific Region, Japan and South Korea. He has strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple tasks simultaneously.
